Basketball scout, skills trainer/coach, and content creator Spencer Christenson, founded C3 Hoops. Spencer operates C3 Hoops full-time, being able to put his full amount of energy into it and it’s growth. He specializes in coverage in the Midwest—and is quickly expanding his knowledge reach to bring broader coverage options to the website. C3 Scouting’s rankings currently have a national 2027 rankings in addition to a 2027 and 2028 South Dakota Rankings that are currently posted on the website. The plan is to develop rankings for the 2028 class for Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and North Dakota—and get all states published on the website before 2027 seasons ending.

For the 2026-2027 season, C3 Hoops plans to cover college basketball, especially Division II and NAIA in the Midwest.

Whatever C3 Hoops sees, we will cover. No level of basketball is off limits.
