Bismarck High Demons Are Deep With Talent
Bismarck High School showed a roster full of high-end guards and some versatile forwards on opening night in their 103-59 win over Fargo North
What Bismarck High School lacks in elite size on the interior, they make up for it in ridiculous depth from all other ways imaginable. A crazy amount of guard depth of a few versatile weapons with motors and toughness.
They brought a heavy press that Fargo North did not adjust to in time, with Bismarck up 25-0 at a point. Pressure defense turned into instant offense with Bismarck ending the first half with 61 points.
Let’s talk about the depth of talent that Bismarck High has to work with in 2025-2026.
Artie Carlow (2026) 6’3” Point Guard - Carlow coming out and pouring in a team-leading 26 points was no surprise to me after seeing him late in the Summer. He started out scorching hot and was reigning in threes and showing a nasty yet effecient handle.
Carlow is being vastly under-recruited, and although I’m not going to rank the North Dakota 2026 class, I think Carlow is neck and neck with Garrett Nissley for the #3 ranked 2026 in North Dakota. Has a University of Mary offer, but the other D2’s might want to get on board. Carlow’s offensive skillset looks pretty dang good and he’s confident in it as well.
