South Dakota 2029 Top 20 September rankings update
The South Dakota 2029 class is beyond deep. The South Dakota 2029 class is deeper than the South Dakota 2028 class, in my opinion.
C3 Scouting starts with a Top 20.
Note: 6’5” G Lincoln Williamson (Rapid City Central) + 6’3” G Ayden Nelson (Clark/Willow Lake) are exempt but are considered top prospects. They will be added in the next update.
#1) Noah Woods (2029) 6’7” PF/Wing- Sioux Falls Washington
Woods got picked up by D1 Minnesota for the offseason. Elite length and leaping ability. Could get up to 6’9” and be a problem on the glass. Can shoot the three and keep a defense honest. I think he turns out to be more of a 4-man than a wing.
#2) Loyall Smith-Wade (2029) 6’1” Point Guard- Aberdeen Christian
High-upside lefty guard. Can play on and off the ball. Elite vertical and athleticism. Needs to sharpen-up ball-handling and playing fast, always.
