Around this time of the year is one of my favorite time periods for high school basketball. After everyone’s respective grassroots seasons come to an end, everyone is back with their school programs, and eager to begin working for the next school year.
While I’m sure it’s refreshing for the players, and coaches, it’s also a refreshing time for guys like me that watch these kids all year and bridge the gap between college coaches and prospects.
With that in mind, every fall I make it my business to spend time with the best programs in the area to see what these programs have to offer in the recruiting space, as well as how competitive they will be for their upcoming seasons.
